Summary: Perfectly located in middle of the temple area with free parking in front. Like in a Ryokan you walk around in slippers, the spacious room consists of Tatami mats and the (rather high) price includes dinner (in room) and breakfast (you eat sitting on the floor). As this is a temple there are nice little garden places to look at and the food is vegan. We liked it, it was beautifully arranged with many small dishes, but it typically has not much taste. The futon was very comfortable, and we also visited the morning Buddhist ceremony (at 6.30 am), it was not too long and very interesting.
